A comprehensive Quality Management System is used to control every process at Tomenson Machine Works. We start by setting clear manufacturing objectives and standards for each product. We then develop or use already proven processes to ensure we meet these objectives.

We meet our customers' requirements with thorough planning, continuous verification, and state-of-the-art equipment.

Every manifold, whether new or a repeat order, goes through an extensive review as soon as a order is place. Data is analyzed from previous runs to drive actions for improvement which results in faster cycle times and higher quality manifolds. We believe in trying to anticipate unforeseen circumstances to prevent interruptions and non-conformances before the raw material reaches the machine.

With our proprietary manufacturing management system, we make it quick and easy for employees to record data at every stage of the production cycle. In conjunction with iPad's located at every machine and within every department, a living, breathing control plan has been implemented unique to every manifold giving us the highest level of quality control.

With this system, we have an unmatched level of control and job monitoring. Employees are given direct control to evaluate performance, make decisions, and provide feedback on the shop floor. This ensures customers receive their product to their specifications.

Beyond our management system, we believe in providing our trained employee's state-of-the-art equipment to ensure they measure features both accurately and precisely. From a CMM and a Millipore part cleanliness testing station, to bore gages and micrometers, we make sure our employees have the tools to measure all specifications of a manifold
